Keys & Action
The Yamaha ypt 300 comes with 61 touch sensitive keys. A heavier touch creates a louder sound and a lighter touch will create a softer sound – lets you play expressively.
Yamaha Education Suite
You can learn the various built-in songs through a series of lessons provided by the Yamaha Education suite (Y.E.S). A grading mechanism is also provided which will grade how well you have performed the lessons. Chord Dictionary is also a useful tool which helps you to play chords.
Portable Grand
You can reset the yamaha ypt-300 keyboard to a piano sound by pressing this button. So if you wish to practice your piano lessons, just press this button and begin practicing.
DJ Section
This section is a favorite with kids! You will find some of the hottest sound effects in your Yamaha keyboard. You can trigger these effects by pushing the Sound Effect button and hold down a key.
PC connectivity
