Yamaha PSR 400 Keyboard – Turns off when a black key is touched

by Joyce
(ky)

The keys f3 / c4 / d4 when played are silent, and then when you touch the black key of d4/ there is a loud squelch sound and the keyboard turns off?

Any idea what could be the problem with my Yamaha psr-400?

Thanks
Joyce
