Yamaha PSR 175 review


Yamaha PSR 175 - The psr175 keyboard is an extremely handy entry level keyboard. It contains hundred sounds and styles which are sufficient for someone who is beginning to play keyboards and it does not cost a lot as well.

Layout & Action
The layout of the various buttons on the PSR 175 is simple and easy to use. It has 61 keys with a synth action which is suited more for keyboard players.

Portable Grand button
The PSR-175 has decent sound quality and comes with hundred voices, styles and songs, which is pretty good for an entry level keyboard. The "Portable Grand" button is another good feature which lets you recall the grand piano sound at the touch of a button.

Yamaha Education Suite
The Yamaha Education Suite contains sufficient lessons and exercises to let you improve your skill. The Chord Dictionary function is also another useful learning tool which teaches you how to read and play chords.

MIDI
The PSR-175 model comes with MIDI slot so you can use an external software sequencer if you wish to and use your keyboard as a midi controller.
