Yamaha - Internet Direct Connection Explained

I have owned a Yamaha DGX 500 grand keyboard for about 4 years, and haven't spent much time with it, but I want to now.

The one finger rhythm with bass, does not allow rhythm without the tinny piano chords included. Can I find a rhythm disc that would work as I prefer?

What is the Direct Internet Connection, and would it help?

I appreciate your opinion on my Yamaha DGX 500 keyboard

How to Send Songs from Yamaha YPG-535 Keyboard to my Computer / PC.

I do lot of recording work on my Yamaha YPG-535, these are basically the songs that I compose. What is the best way to store these on my computer?

I tried using the Musicsoft Downloader software which came along with the piano keyboard but it doesn't seem to be work for this purpose.

Any better way to do this or what could be wrong here?

Regarding your Yamaha DGX 500 88-key keyboard?I guess you are referring to the single-finger mode, which allows only one finger chords to be played. To be able to use multiple note chords, you need to use the full fingered mode.

Internet Direct Connection is a feature provided by Yamaha that lets you connect your piano-keyboard to the Internet.

You can take your Yamaha DGX 500 grand keyboard online to access numerous features/services provided by Yamaha, to improve and expand your musical experience.

Some of the features that you can access include:
- Take piano lessons, download Sheet Music
- Download songs, styles

Using the Internet Direct Connection on your Yamaha DGX keyboard is also very easy. It?s just a matter of 3 steps (the diagram also depicts that).

1. Just as you would connect your computer, connect your Yamaha keyboard to the internet through your router.
2. Access Internet Direct Connection through your dgx-keyboard
