What Electronic Digital Sheet Music to Use?

Not that I'm having problems with paper based sheet music , its just that I’m trying to explore options are around Digital Sheet Music and if they’re really cost effective.
How well can these tablets / Kindle serve the purpose as sheet music?

Here's an interesting video that shows a useful App to use with you Ipad. You can also turn the sheet music via Bluetooth with a foot pedal. That practically eliminates the need to carry any books/sheets around or to use your hands to turn the pages.





Please let me know your comments and suggestions for any specific eBook platform.

Even I have heard about this method, but not sure of its use. How can you use the pedal for turning the pages (I mean on a piano)?

And how do you do markings on the electronic music, I do a lot of notes and markings on the sheet, for fingering, etc. How do you do it in this case?

I don’t think I need one. I use sheets but I am not very good at sight reading, play mostly by ear, so I really don’t need so many sheets.

You can easily print out whatever you need using free open source notation program such as MuseScore and from the Wikifonia download site.
