Technics PCM Digital Ensemble Piano PR250 - No Sound

My brother has a Technics digital ensemble PR250 piano which has stopped working all of a sudden.

All the buttons / LEDs on the Technics PR250 PCM piano appear to work and are in good condition, but there is no sound coming from the digital piano when one presses any key.

There is a faint momentary 'puff' sound emitted from the Technics digital piano when the ON button is pressed.

Any ideas what could be the problem?

All answers will be much appreciated.

No sound comming from digital piano

I have exactly the same problem on my SX-PR250 and I have sound when I connect some audio device on input. did someone fix the problem ?
