Hi, the volume of the middle C key is a lot louder than the rest of the keys. When I play cords with middle C it overpowers the other notes, whether I play soft or hard. I've had the piano for about 5 years and noticed the problem over a year ago.

I tried resetting the piano to factory settings, but no change. I read the manual and tried changing volume settings, but I cannot do it for individual keys.

The piano has a cover and it is always closed when not being used. Nothing has been split on it to my knowledge.

Your site says it might be a problem a little cleaning might fix. But I'm not sure where to start. I could use a little guidance.
