Should I Buy Casio PX110 / PX310 or the Yamaha P65 / P70 digital piano for Practicing?

by Andrew
(US)

I would like some user reviews comparing the Casio PX110 / PX310 versus the Yamaha P65 / P70 digital piano.

I am basically a college student and need a portable stage piano that I can use for practicing in my spare time.

And I don’t a huge budget as well.

After some research, the choices have been narrowed down to the Casio PX110 / PX310 or the Yamaha P65 / P70 digital piano.

I just read this report Comparing the Casio pianos versus the Yamaha pianos.

So I am not totally ruling out the Casio Privia pianos, in spite of some users giving not so great feedback about their quality.

I know Yamaha pianos are good, both in terms of sound and quality, but they are expensive.

Can boarders here please provide their comments on Casio PX110 / PX310 and the Yamaha P65 / P70 digital pianos?

Any other recommendation would also be greatly appreciated. My digital piano budget is around 700 to 800 dollars.

Thanks
Andrew
