Pitch Bend and Modulation
Two well known effects found on practically all portable musical keyboard - Pitch Bend and Modulation control!Pitch bend, also known as pitch shifter or pitch bender does what it says. It bends up or down whatever notes you play. By default, it shifts the notes by a semitone but it is possible to specify your own range.
Modulation makes the pitch wobble; it gives a kind of vibrato effect to the notes played.
Vocal Harmony
All the high end portable piano keyboards and electronic keyboards have the option to connect a microphone to let you sing along.Such portable music keyboards also include some very good vocal effects, besides the usual range of sound effects. The Vocal Harmony effects when applied to your vocals can produce a much fuller and enriching sound.
