Plan to buy a Used Yamaha CLP 920 Digital Piano – What should I look out for?

I am being offered a Yamaha CLP 920 digital piano. They have not quoted any price but it is up for sale. What would be a good price to pay for this 2 year old used piano? I intend to buy the Yamaha CLP 920 piano for my 9yr old daughter. Will it be a good instrument for her to learn to play piano? I don’t play keyboards nor do I have friends who play the keyboard or the piano, so I am absolute novice when it comes to keyboards / piano, but my daughter is very interested. What are the basic questions I need to ask, what should I be aware of, any special things that I should look out for before buying this Yamaha CLP 920 piano? Please give me your suggestions.
