After the first service and during the second service we get a crackling sound in the speakers. One of the heat sinks on the amplifer is hot while the other is cooler. We are located in Middleburg Heights Ohio, west of Cleveland Ohio. The Technics SX-PR702 Digital Piano is less than 10 years old.
