Need help using Alesis Quadra-synth digital synthesizer

Our keyboard player has bought an ALESIS QUADRA-SYNTH digital synthesizer and is having a tough time finding sound patches and moving through the sounds on to the other.

She has a manual but the technology is extremely hard to follow w/o an engineering degree.

Is there anyone she can contact that understands the ALESIS QUADRA-SYNTH instrument?
