Kurzweil PC361 61-Key Performance Controller Keyboard

I recently purchased a Kurzweil PC361 Synthesizer Keyboard.

I'm having a hard time understanding how to program or edit this keyboard at even some of the most basic editing...i.e. layering one sound patch with another one.

The manual is over my head. I was wondering if there was someone, or some place, at which I could get some advice on how to use the Kurzweil PC361 Synthesizer Keyboard.
