Keyboard Bag - Protects from Shocks, Knocks and Scratches!

Keyboard bag - If you are a beginner and if you intend to buy a keyboard then you might be tempted to skip the Keyboard bag, but I would recommend you to buy one.

Easy to carry
I recommend keyboard bags because it is easy to carry your keyboard around in a bag; you will easily and safely be able to carry your keyboard to every gig or lesson.

Besides, most of the cases have pockets to keep your power adapters and pedals.

All your music notes and books can also be stored within the bag so you do not have to search for them when you sit down to practice.

Keep things together
The keyboard bag also known as soft Keyboard case or padded gig bag protects your instrument from minor shocks, knocks and scratches.

When not in use you can keep your keyboard inside the case. The zippered pouches in the soft case lets you keep your music books, power supplies and cables in one place.

You need to check that the soft case has strong shoulder belts, zips and pockets since it will be used to keep the accessories.

It also needs to be waterproof.

If you go in for a custom made case you can add extra pockets or straps as needed. You can have straps to attach your stand as well.

Make sure you give proper keyboard measurements when ordering for custom made covers.

Brands - Some of the well known brands which make Keyboard bags are World Tour, Yamaha, Gator and Kaces
