Kawai MP8 – review

Kawai mp8 - Kawai is a well known manufacturer of pianos and is known for its high quality sounds. The MP8 is a professional stage piano which uses the best piano samples and uses wooden keys to get that perfect touch.

High quality Sounds
The Kawai MP8 comes with 256 high quality tones which uses the best sound samples recorded using Kawai’s propriety method called the Harmonic Imaging Sound Technology.

Hammer action keyboard
The MP8 digital piano uses wooden keys and has a graded hammer action keyboard which closely emulates the keys on a grand piano. The keys are heavier on the bass side and become gradually lighter as you move to the right side.



External connectivity
The Kawai MP8 has MIDI in/out/thru and USB jacks which lets you connect your kawai mp8 to a computer. Once connected, you can use your piano as a MIDI controller and use it with an external software sequencer like Sonar or Cubase.
