Hello, I purchased a Yamaha PRS-500 portable keyboard. Yes I'm brand new to this keyboard and it sounds great. The only thing I'm missing is the manual, is there any way that you could help me obtain this manual?

Loading Indian Tabla Rythms on PSR S-500

Hi.

I have a Yamaha PSR S 500 keyboard which has a slot for USB Flash Memory. Can anyone tell me how i can load Indian Tabla Rhythms onto my USER STYLES. And where do i get those tabla rhythms.?

Even I thought the Yamaha PSR-s500 keyboard is a discontinued model. At $600, it could be okay if there is not much difference between the PSR-s500 and the PSR-s550. A used one will definitely cost much less, but you may not be able to find it so easily.

BTW, Amazon shows the features as 100 voices, auto accompaniments, and includes jacks for headphones/speakers and pedals. Not much considering what you get in the newer Yamaha keyboard models.

Yamaha PSR s500 Portable Music Keyboard

How's the Yamaha PSR s500 music keyboard like? It seems to be discontinued models as I could not find it in any of the musical instrument shops around. Checked it on Amazon and they seem to have it there - Yamaha PSR-S500 Digital Music Keyboard on Amazon but it's out of stock, and there are no comments there. The price says $600 so I was wondering is it really worth it. How is the Yamaha PSR s500 as a music keyboard?
